VFP-600/4000G Series: Large torque, multi station precision heavy warm forging machine(secondary drive)
Secondary drive kinetic energy has the advantage of double flywheels. After being driven by big and small gears, the action speed is 60% slower than that of primary drive, and the flywheel inertia is 50% higher than that of primary drive. In the forging of aluminum alloy forgings and copper forgings, it is superior to the primary drive due to its slow strike speed and good forming effect. It is used for die forging and finishing forgings of nonferrous metals in batches. The forged forgings have the advantages of high precision, high utilization rate of material, high productivity, easy automation, and low requirements for workers' operation technology.
