JH31-100/500T Series: High-performance closed type single point press machine(transverse crankshaft)
Features:
The frame is a steel plate box-type welding structure and has undergone heat treatment to eliminate the internal stress of the body.
The sliding block is designed with eight-sided guide rails, providing good guidance and high precision.
Electric mold adjustment is simple, and a large amount of slider adjustment is possible.
The crankshaft is horizontally placed, and the speed ratio of the big and small gears is higher, allowing for greater torque output.
The gear box is a closed type with automatic oil dripping lubrication, which reduces noise and improves service life.
A dry pneumatic integrated clutch is used for convenient maintenance.
