Shandong Hongjie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of roll forging machines and cross wedge rolling machines. At the same time, we invested RMB 150 million to establish Shandong Hongkun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. locates in Liaocheng, Shandong, which specializes in the production and research of high-end precision-forged bucket teeth for excavators.

On March 21, 2023, we were honored to participate in the third "Advanced Collectives, Advanced Individuals, and Innovation Achievements" library release conference hosted by the Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Association, aiming to accelerate the development of industrial recycling. This conference actively discussed and shared in strengthening the core technology of manufacturing, cultivating an open innovation ecosystem, increasing the proportion of enterprise R&D expenses, and promoting the industry towards the high-end.

In the Two Sessions of 2023, “manufacturing” was a highly anticipated topic, and the government work report mentioned “manufacturing” 8 times. Manufacturing is the foundation of a country, the sword for a country's development, and the foundation for a country's strength. In the past five years, China's economic structure has been further optimized, and the value-added of high-tech manufacturing and equipment manufacturing has increased by an average of 10.6% and 7.9% respectively. The government has also continuously increased the proportion of enterprise R&D expense deductions and raised the proportion of manufacturing from 50% to 100%. In terms of promoting the industry towards the high-end, we have also launched key industry chain strengthening and supplementing actions and initiated a batch of industrial basic reconstruction projects, encouraging enterprises to accelerate equipment updates and technological transformations, and expanding the preferential policy of accelerated depreciation of fixed assets to all manufacturing industries.

The core of equipment manufacturing lies in innovation. We will further empower manufacturing technological innovation and collaborate on key technology breakthroughs, optimizing the innovation system, constructing an open innovation ecosystem, and gathering resources for all parties.
